The process of ordering is clear and direct. Every project begins with a personal consultation to determine your desires and requirements. Whether you request a new original design, or choose an adaptation of designs in the portfolio, you will receive scaled color drawings, yarns and/or woven samples for approval. Custom colors and sizes are a normal part of every order at no extra charge.
Because the Joan Weissman Studio is a small company dedicated to customer service, you will find the lead times surprisingly short for all custom work. |
